An assignment in which I worked independently to formulate a scheme to enhance and develop customer loyalty for the luxury atelier Schiaparelli. Through the marketing lens, I incorporated short-term, mid-term, and long-term initiatives to lead to the overall growth of Schiaparelli's client base.
